Pleasurecraft Engine Group Supports Local Community with 400+ Food Donations to We Care Center in Chapin, SC

Chapin, SC (May 29, 2025) – Pleasurecraft Engine Group is proud to announce the successful completion of our annual food drive benefiting the We Care Center in Chapin, South Carolina. Through the generosity and dedication of our employees, we collected and donated over 400 non-perishable food items to support families in need within our community.

The We Care Center, located at 1800 Chapin Road, has been a cornerstone of support for Chapin and surrounding areas, including Little Mountain, White Rock, Peak, Pomaria, and Prosperity. Established in 1986, the center provides essential services such as food assistance, utility support, and other resources to individuals and families facing emergencies & hardship.

“We are deeply grateful for the unwavering support of Team Pleasurecraft, whose compassion and commitment made this food drive a success,” said Trey Thurman, President of Pleasurecraft Engine Group. “This initiative underscores our company’s dedication to giving back to the community that has supported us over the years.”

The donated items will assist the We Care Center in its mission to provide food and warmth to those in need. The center operates on a first-come, first-served basis and is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM .
