PLEASURECRAFT ENGINE GROUP HONORED WITH CSI AWARD

LITTLE MOUNTAIN, SC (February 14, 2020) – Today at the Miami International Boat Show, the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) presented Pleasurecraft Engine Group with the 2019 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award.

The Marine Industry CSI Award Program honors participating manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve the customer. The CSI Award recipients achieve this honor by scoring 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the previous year.
