PLEASURECRAFT RECEIVES NMMA CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AWARD

LITTLE MOUNTAIN, SC (March 10, 2020) — Pleasurecraft Engine Group was awarded the 2020 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for excellence in customer satisfaction. Award recipients were acknowledged Thursday, March 4th during the NMMA’s 2021 State of the Recreational Boating Industry and Awards Presentation.

The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Award recipients achieved an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90 percent or higher in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine during the period between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020.  Participating manufacturers must survey all new boat buyers during this period.

Mark McKinney, President of Pleasurecraft stated, “We are honored to receive the 2020 CSI Award from the NMMA. Winning this award year after year is a testament to the hardworking team of employees we have at Pleasurecraft who are committed to build the best possible products for our customers.”
