Pleasurecraft Engine Group Awarded 2021 CSI Award

MIAMI, FL (February 17, 2022) — Today, Pleasurecraft Engine Group was awarded the 2021 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for excellence in customer satisfaction. Award recipients were acknowledged during the National Marine Manufacturer’s Association (NMMA) Industry Breakfast at the Miami Boat Show. 

The Marine Industry CSI Awards honor boat and engine manufacturers who actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Pleasurecraft achieved an independently-measured score of over 90 percent in customer satisfaction over the past program year, based on information provided by customers.
