PLEASURECRAFT PARTNERS WITH LOCAL SHERIFF TO PROVIDE TOYS FOR CHILDREN IN NEED

LITTLE MOUNTAIN, SC (December 22, 2021) – Pleasurecraft Engine Group partnered with the Newberry County Sheriff’s Office to provide Christmas toys for families and children in need. The Sheriff’s Office is distributing these new toys as part of Newberry’s Operation Santa Clause.

Each year, the Newberry County Sheriff’s Office hosts Operation Santa Clause during the month of December to provide children in need the opportunity to have a Christmas that they may not have been afforded. The Sheriff’s office reviews applications and chooses recipients based on need and other services that may be rendered. This year, the Sheriff’s office has donated toys to over 300 children and families in need.

According to Sheriff Lee Foster, “It is a blessing for our staff to be able to facilitate bringing Christmas to children in need. We have always appreciated our citizens that have supported and sponsored this yearly program.”

Mark McKinney, President of Pleasurecraft stated, “At Pleasurecraft, we strive to “Make Life Better” for everyone we encounter. I am proud of our team for embodying this mission and that we can make Christmas a little bit better for those in our community that are less fortunate. I am also grateful for Sheriff Lee Foster and his team for making Operation Santa Clause possible and for providing an avenue for us to give back.”
