PLEASURECRAFT HOSTS 3RD ANNUAL FIRST RESPONDER BBQ

LITTLE MOUNTAIN, SC (July 6, 2023) – Pleasurecraft Engine Group, along with two non-profit organizations, Operation Wakesurf and Hungry Heroes hosted their third annual BBQ lunch for first responders in Richland, Lexington, and Newberry Counties.

This annual event is an opportunity to show appreciation for first responders and all the work they do on a daily basis. Over 150 first responders and several notable guests including representatives, senators, and mayors attended the event this year.

Operation Wake Surf is a non-profit organization based out of Mooresville, NC whose mission is to provide an unforgettable and unique experience to first responders and military personnel who keep our communities and country safe. Operation Wake Surf blends the healing power of water, camaraderie, and mentorship by sharing their passion for wake surfing with first responders and military personnel.

Hungry Heroes is a non-profit based out of Rock Hill, SC whose mission is to show appreciation to first responders by traveling around the country and hosting BBQ’s for different agencies.
