Miami Beach, FL (February 16, 2024) — Pleasurecraft Engine Group was awarded the 2023 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for excellence in customer satisfaction. Award recipients were acknowledged during the Miami Industry Breakfast at the 2024 Discover Boating® Miami International Boat Show®.

Pleasurecraft adds another Marine Industry CSI award to the trophy case with a score far exceeding the award criteria. Boat and engine manufacturers are awarded this for achieving an independently measured standard of excellence score of 90 percent or higher over the past program year, based on information provided by customers purchasing a new boat or engine between January 1, 2023, and December 31, 2023. Participating manufacturers must survey all new boat buyers during this period.

President of Pleasurecraft, Trey Thurman, stated, “We are absolutely honored to receive the 2023 CSI Award from the NMMA. By winning this award year after year, it shows our customers, partners, and the industry that the incredible team at Pleasurecraft is passionate and fully committed to building and supporting the best products possible.”
